Summary:

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the office, grounds, and assisting with unit turns and unit cleaning prior to a move in by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Cleans grounds of all trash and debris.*
  • Cleans office floors, windows, desks, restrooms, and floors.*
  • Cleans building breezeways and common areas.*
  • Cleans common area rest rooms.*
  • Cleans pool deck, tables, and chairs.*
  • Empties all trash and ensures dumpster area is clean.*
  • Assists maintenance with other related duties.*
  • Assists office team with other related duties.*
  • Cleans doors, mailbox areas, and entrance.*
  • Reports any vehicle issues to the office.*
  • Reports any safety/liability issues to the office.*
  • Inspects site tour path and corrects and discrepancies.*
  • Responsible for after-hours emergency clean-up.*
  • Assists with resident functions.
  • Assists and/or handles any additional directives from any supervisors.
  • Assists with passing out notices and flyers.
  • Assists with resident relations and community events.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Specialized Training:

OSHA knowledge

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid driver’s license
